Anarchists take over Greek radio studio (AP)
ATHENS, Greece ? A Greek radio station says one of its studios in the Greek capital has been taken over by a group of anarchists, who broadcast a message in support of a domestic terrorist group.
Flash radio said the group had taken over the studio on Tuesday morning and broadcast a message supporting Revolutionary Struggle, a group best known for firing a rocket-propelled grenade into the U.S. Embassy in Athens in 2007. Eight suspected members of Revolutionary Struggle are currently on trial.
Police forces were deployed outside the building, and said about 30 anarchists were occupying the studio. The station was continuing with its regular broadcasting despite the occupation.
